For now, we only ship within India, but if you're outside India, you can contact us and we'll find a way to get your order to you even if we have to hitchhike across the galaxy! Our standard shipping method is a one-size-fits-all solution, and the shipping cost is visible during checkout so that you know exactly what you're getting into.
We know that you're super excited to receive your order, but patience is a virtue, right? Shipping usually takes between 1 to 7 days, so in the meantime, why not practice some magic tricks? We can't promise that your package will arrive on time since we can't control the weather, but we can promise that we'll keep you in the loop if there are any unexpected delays or disruptions. And don't worry, we'll do everything in our power to get the product to you as soon as possible!
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make things right. We'll either exchange your damaged product for a brand-spanking-new one or offer a full refund. Just make sure you let us know within the day of receiving your order!
We offer package tracking, so you can keep an eye on your order as they make their way to you. And while we love the idea of a fancy signature upon delivery, we figured that you'd rather not have to put on pants or makeup to receive your package, so we'll skip that part.
Just a heads up, we don't process your order on weekends or holidays since we're probably busy binging our favorite shows or spending quality time with our loved ones. But don't worry, we'll be back in action as soon as possible!

refund & cancellation policy

Humane, a partnership firm, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

We does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue on their end. This should be reported on the same day of receiving the product.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

In case any refunds are approved by Humane, it will take 16–30 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
